The Story

Several years ago, my oldest son applied to LSU.  As we looked through his closet, we realized a lot of very special clothing would not be taking the trip to Baton Rouge.  The shirts from t-ball, junior high football, high school band, swim team and beta club were important to him, but he knew he would never wear them again.  However, he could not part with them either.

So... Memory Quilts was born. 

 

I made my first tshirt quilt with his shirts.  He brought his quilt with him to college and still wraps up in it when he comes home.
